Staying at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Reading Wyomissing PA was a delightful experience. The location is excellent, with a friendly staff and great amenities, making it convenient for guests. However, the dining options were a bit disappointing compared to the price paid.

My stay at this hotel was mostly pleasant with just a few minor hiccups. The rooms themselves were clean and cozy, but the hallways and stairwells needed some serious attention. Additionally, the side door from the parking lot was not secure, which was a bit concerning. The lack of a microwave and blowdryer in the room was a bit disappointing, but the staff did their best to accommodate us when the room smelled like smoke.
